Job Description
Job Purpose:
Develop and maintain client relationships by developing effective ways to transport Customers services.
Main Duties:
- Manage the selling process to external customers, including pricing contract negotiations.
- Maintain relationships with top accounts and participate in sales calls.
- Visit potential customers for new business.
- Provide customers with quotations.
- Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales.
- Manage Key Sales Accounts & identify and develop new accounts.
- Well understanding of the market and develop sales plans.
- Identifying key growth sectors in the region.
- Develop the new clients and retain the existing clients.
- Negotiation of the rates and improve service levels.
- Study existing competitors and for the newer strategies.
- Formulation of the overall Division Strategy, ensure increasing of Revenues , Profit Growth, and implementation of the freight management
- Streamline Operational Processes and SOP's.
- PR with customers to get new ideas & convert into sales.
Routine Duties:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients.
- Cultivate new sales leads to establish business.
- Responsible for securing and maintaining new business.
- Ability to make phone calls and spend in excess of four hours on the telephone every day.
- Update and maintain logistics, Management System.
- Perform analytical and logistics planning.
- Proactively identify problems and implement effective solutions.
- Provide follow-up customer satisfaction with client’s solutions.
- Achieve individual, team, and company goals.
Job Requirements
Qualifications/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree; business marketing majors preferred.
- Three to five years in a sales representative role; within industry preferred.
- Two year of prior management experience or demonstrated willingness and ability to learn management basics.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting.
- Hardworking, Persistent, and dependable.
- Positive and enthusiastic.
- To be well aware of the local Market.
- To Have good know –How of the service providers and customers.
Knowledge/ Skills
- Good English Language
- Proven excellence in customer service.
- Ability to use general office PC applications (i.e. word processing, spreadsheets, databases)
- Strong communication (both verbal and written), problem solving, and decision making skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Extremely organised and detail oriented
