Job Description
- Receiving all inquiries and complaints from customers regarding shipments and response promptly to them.
- Carry out the shipment papers and complete all the procedures.
- Daily follow-up of all shipment lines to know the arrival and delay dates and respond back to the customer about the final status.
- Receiving all shipments documentations, the loading plan and submitting the report to the direct manager.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- Knowledge of the principles and methods of logistics and supply chains.
- High ability skills in dealing with difficult personalities,
- Ability skills in effective negotiation and persuasion
- Good in English
- Excellent computer skills
- Experience: 0-3 in Freight forwarder companies (preferable residence in Nasr city, Misr elgedida or near by)
