GSpace Manager - Gouna

Loads of people inside and outside Gouna are counting on GSpace to finish their work or studies, hold an event or even having their retreats over there!

Your role as GSpace Manager, is working to improve the working environment and business processes of GSpace. The main aim is developing operational capacities, strengthening customer’s relationships and ensuring consistent growth in revenue.

*Note: You will experience the exposure of dealing with corporate culture and having entrepreneurial mindset at the same time!

Your job description in more details:

Operations Management

• Space Administration.
• Maintenance Management.
• Operations Resources Management.

Customer Experience

• Responsible for handling customer’s needs, requests & complains.
• Responsible for facilitating customers’ needs from Gouna Orientation, accommodation, all sort of permissions and others.

Sales Management

• Dealing and partnering with different customers, Gouna entities, startups & freelancers to secure sustainable and increased revenues.
• Responsible for creating different and diversified events based on Gspace community needs.

Strategy Management

• Responsible for end to end strategic direction to enhance our day to day operations, increasing revenues, reducing costs, achieving high satisfaction, maintaining current service, and acquiring new ones.
• Building and maintaining the relationship with partners to secure smooth and continued daily operations.
