Job Description
- Managing relationship with customers, partners and SMS aggregators Handling buying and selling of SMS routes to customer and from/to partners.
- Build inventory of routes to fulfill A2P SMS market demand, mainly MENA region Engaged in negotiations of rates for A2P SMS delivery to various destinations for different routing classes.
- Generate growth within A2P SMS area in terms of volumes and revenues Maintain and develop customer account plans for all assigned customers to leverage on target.
- Building new business models for A2P filter solutions to help MNOs in monetizing their international A2P traffic which contribute in increasing the revenues and gross margins.
- Managing A2P filter solutions installed at MNO side in order to monetize the A2P international traffic
- Work collaboratively with internal teams (Finance, Support, HR and development)
Job Requirements
- 5 to 10 years’ Experience.
- Bachelor of engineering or computer science.
- Telecommunications filed will be preferred .
- English language is a must .
- Excel knowledge is a must .
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Scripting and analytics will be an added value.
