Job Description
- Responsible for all operational logistics for conducting courses.
- Responsible for all pre/middle/post assessments and reports related to any business line.
- Communicating with internal/external clients.
- Maintains accurate records of all courses conducted.
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.
- Strong understanding of customer and Industry dynamics and requirements.
- Building relationships with clients.
- Keeping in contact with the client and participants at all stages of the course to ensure customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
Interpersonal Skills:
- 1 year of experience in administration/customer service.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills.
- Detailed Oriented.
- Very organized.
- Presentable.
- High English Level of both written & Spoken.
Computer Skills:
- Very Good use of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
