Job Description

  • Responsible for all operational logistics for conducting courses.
  • Responsible for all pre/middle/post assessments and reports related to any business line.
  • Communicating with internal/external clients.
  • Maintains accurate records of all courses conducted.
  • Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.
  • Strong understanding of customer and Industry dynamics and requirements.
  • Building relationships with clients.
  • Keeping in contact with the client and participants at all stages of the course to ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Interpersonal Skills:

  • 1 year of experience in administration/customer service.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills.
  • Detailed Oriented.
  • Very organized.
  • Presentable.
  • High English Level of both written & Spoken.

Computer Skills:

  • Very Good use of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Age:

  • Maximum 25
