Job Description
- Compete all the installation and do a maintenance for all static and rotary equipment (Pumps Compressors, Hydraulic Equipment and Rotary Drums and Kilns)in accordance with applicable.
- Executed shutdowns and turnarounds procedures whether programmed or unexpected.
- Developed spare part strategy for new installations and oversee implementation. Also review spare part strategy for existing equipment as needed.
- Gave recommendations to implement/expedite repairs on failed rotating equipment ( including conveyor belts vulcanizing and cold welding)
- Managed and allocate resources (manpower, tools and equipment) to achieve successful project execution phases (pre commissioning, commissioning to normal operation).
- Contributed to the preparation of maintenance plans, budgets and made PRs and follow up to launch POs.
- Work in shifts.
Job Requirements
- Mechanical Engineering Educational from recognized university.
- Experience 5-7 Years (Industrial Field Preferred).
- AutoCAD Or Inventor Program User.
- Residents of Sadat City (preferred).
- Male only.
- Age is not more than 35 years.
- Excellent in English (writing - reading - speaking).
- Very good at using M.office.
