Job Description
- Drive and support business process changes in the area of Order-to-Cash (change management)
- Support Service Delivery team in the change and release management processes
- Manage expectations, activities, and risks within the project/task assigned (EIMEA and Global)
- Execute project activities in accordance with the role in the project, while ensuring that the team follows Henkel's IT project methodology
- Act as interface between business users and technical developers to deliver cost-effective application systems to meet business needs
- Influence and convince business to adopt effective solution through best-in-class business case handling and opportunity management
- Be responsible for project deliverables according to the incumbent's role in the assigned project (project management)
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Business Informatics
- Fluent English speaker
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant SAP experience
- Strong communication skills; international/multinational experience is preferable
- Proficient user of MS Office applications
- Project management experience is preferable
