Job Description
- Dealing with suppliers and interact with them via various channels
- Closing sales with suppliers
- Handling outgoing/incoming packages and Domestic tours for groups and FIT from A to Z Including accommodation, aviation, visa, tours... etc
- Preparing quotations and itineraries
- Handling invoices and issuing of vouchers
- Have experience in Contract Managing and Reservation issue
- Develop Internal and External tours
- Arranging Tailor Made/ Fixed Outbound and Inbound Packages
- Handle the sudden circumstances of clients
Job Requirements
- Very good user of travel booking engines
- Able to perform quotation & offers
- Handle urgent & last-minute bookings operations
- Selling skills & techniques oriented
- Excellent in English
- Strong basic computer skills
- Easily and quickly identify and resolve problems
