- Implement Human Resources programs; including Talent Acquisition, hiring, staffing, training and development.
- Organize and manage new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs.
- Manage Employees payroll, leaves, compensation and benefits.
- Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures
- Manage the organization’s employee database and prepare reports as required.
Job Requirements
