Job Description
- Incumbent will be based in Alexandria
- Manage distributor sales team, set clear journey plans & KPIs, and discuss results with each representative individually on a daily basis
- Provide guidance, training, and coaching to sales reps
- Establish relationships with key accounts (retailers)
- Manage distributor stocks, propose orders, and make sure market demand is met
- Deploy via team POSM, ensuring proper display & merchandising
- Understand and monitor competitors' activities
- Act as responsible key player regarding sell out to the market while managing portfolio mix to drive profitable business
- Forecast the demand of the territory accurately and in a timely manner
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any relevant study
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the adhesives business
- Proficient user of MS Office applications
- Good leadership and influencing skills as well as convincing skills
- Fluent in English
