Job Description
- Manage and contribute in work orders planning and execution for various production systems
- Manage and contribute in on call activities for 2nd line support before referring to 3rd line support
- Manage and contribute in daily operation for production systems according to agreed KPIs
- Arrange with team for development of operation scripts and monitoring scripts
- Manage and contribute with the team in new production deployment for new customers.
Job Requirements
- Computer science or computer engineering with 3-5 years experience in operation rule.
- Knowledge of Linux administration is a must
- Knowledge of database administration in one of two database Oracle or Postgre is essential
- Knowledge of bash scripting is essential
- Knowledge of SQL querying is a plus
