Job Description
- Participate in developing the yearly employer branding plan with partner universities and student organizations
- Monitor hiring and employee turnover data on a monthly basis
- Administer the performance management cycle on a yearly basis with all related stakeholders (direct managers, department heads, and regional team) and provide support throughout all talent management phases
- Maintain employees' performance data on the system and ensure its update until the completion of cycle
- Act as a consultant by analyzing the training needs for each department following the yearly appraisal cycle in order to support managers to create their yearly training plan
- Manage the coordination, communication, and contracting activities between the OD unit and the training providers during the training nomination phase
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, preferably in Human Resources
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant HR experience, preferably at a multinational company
- Excellent knowledge of English is mandatory (spoken & written)
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office Suite applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
