Generate accurate monthly income and cash flow statements.
Consolidate all inter company accounts and bank reconciliation
Delivering quarterly accounting reports
Ensuring proper accounts receivable controls, and liaising with concerned departments for proper collection.
Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
Maintaining accurate and up to date records of all financial transactions.
Responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations
Perform full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts.
Perform project cost forecasts/budgets, cost tracking, monitoring and controls.
Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting and working closely with the operations and project teams in analyzing margins, variances and cost analysis.
Support CFO in ensuring that inter company cost allocations are in line with management agreements and transfer pricing policy

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance, CPA certificate is preferable.
Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills in English
Solid proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) along with accounting software.
Ability to plan, manage and follow through on assignments and communicate at all levels of the organization in a timely and professional manner.
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team with minimal supervision.
