Job Description
We are hiring an energetic Branch Administrative Assistant for our branch in Alexandria. The successful candidate will be supporting the field teams in back office tasks providing administrative support, collaborating with all key stakeholders and coordinating the activities of designated projects.
What will you do?
- Manage the day to day activities for the branch
- Answer calls in a professional manner and rout calls as necessary
- Develop strong relationship with operations to ensure the accuracy of information
- Receive and review invoices and coordinate with the Finance team for payments
- Update data and milestones on CRM & SAP
- Ensure important communication is sent to customers and suppliers when requested
- Update time sheets for field teams and ensure correct reporting to relevant parties
- Maintain proper filing system for the branch
Job Requirements
Are you the one?
- Bachelor degree
- 1-2 years of working experience in a similar role is a must
- Excellent written and verbal English language skills
- Very good user of MS Office; with focus on MS Excel
- SAP knowledge is an added value
- Hard worker, organized, with excellent time management and follow up skills
- Alexandria resident or willing to relocate to Alexandria
