Job Description

General Marketing Activities:

  • Implement marketing plans focusing mainly on ATL & digital marketing to ensure delivery of sales targets and achieve campaign KPIs.
  • Agency Management and review to ensure accurate implementation of programs.
  • Gather and maintain competitor intelligence through multiple sources, and report on competition and market trends.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of company brand/product communication
  • Ensure all material and activities are consistent and in line with company’s brand positioning and objectives.

Digital Marketing:

  • Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, social media campaigns.
  • Build and maintain Company social media presence.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital channels and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights within the budget.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth ideas.
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners if there.
  • Manage all digital campaigns, including search engine marketing (Google AdWords and onsite search).
  • Gather and share competitive insights related to marketing strategies by targeted competitors and recommend marketing strategies to counter off-set competitor marketing moves based on learned trends and insights.
  • Generate marketing qualified leads.

ATL:

  • Manage the relationship with the advertising agencies.
  • Develop draft advertising text and layouts as part of campaign materials.
  • Handle all media suppliers, including TV, print, radio, outdoor and media booking agencies according to marketing plan.
  • Responsible for all communication tools with clients (ex: leaflets, posters, flyers newsletters, roll ups… ) in terms of layout design, data and visuals
  • Draft and execute specific marketing programs according to media plan.
  • Prepare reports, specifications and creative briefs.

Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in Digital Marketing and ATL
  • Experience in handling marketing agencies
  • Proficiency in both the English and Arabic Languages
  • Previous experience working in Lubricants /FMCG fields is preferred
