Job Description
- Maintain long-term working relationships between the company and contractors.
- Manage all legal affairs issues.
- Monitor all contracts during the contract period.
- Draft all contracts with the company’s clients.
- Responsible for contracts renewals.
- Analyze price proposals for all contracts submitted from clients.
- Assist in Managing and resolving contractual business conflicts between the company and the clients (If Any).
- Assist in Preparing, discussing, and negotiating all contractors claims with contractors till reaching a final settlement.
- Keep up to date with market trends and new developments utilizing information for business improvement.
- Any other tasks required regarding contracts.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Job Requirements
- Experience in real estate .
- Bachelor Degree in Law.
- Good Computer Skills.
- Experience in drafting contracts.
- Experience in reviewing and contracts negotiation.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Excellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
