Job Description
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the school.
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
- Ensure visitors/calls are dealt within a welcoming, courteous and professional manner, seeking to anticipate their needs where possible.
- Handling all the admission process, age requirements and grade placement tests.
- Handling tasks, such as filing, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
- Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
- Preparing class lists and tracking class needs, production of materials needed for the school events and helping maintain the good appearance of the school.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- Previous experience in administration work (school environment is preferred)
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Email Usage, Internet Search, and Application usage
- Fluent written & spoken English
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Excellent organizational skills
