Job Description
- Leading the HR operations in Henkel's 2 plants (October & Port Said)
- Setting and agreeing on HR activities and project plans in the plant in coordination with the HR Country Head to fit the overall HR strategy and to tailor for the Supply Chain business needs
- Dealing with all industrial relations topics and handling day-to-day relationship with unions to ensure an ongoing environment of cooperation and trust between employees of all levels and the company
- Acting as an advisor to the HR head and senior management for issues related to the syndicate and union discussions such as renegotiation of the Union agreement
- Controlling the HR budget for the plant
- Acting as the HR business partner for Supply Chain and assisting the Shared Service Center (SSC) in the recruitment, interviewing and shortlisting of new hires within the plant
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any relevant studies
- Minimum 8 years of experience in HR
- Experience as HRBP in a plant
- Experience with unions is a plus
- Mobile. Able to commute to Port Said and October on weekly basis
- Fluent in English
