YOUR ROLE
In this role you will be taking ownership over managing the Distributor in Oman, with a focus on the delivery of sales KPIs including NES, budget steering, and planning and execution.
Key scope will include:
- Managing Sales KPIs, NES, in-market sales, account receivable, stock level, sale forecast accuracy.
- Setting and managing Oman market sales targets' value, volume, and by brand SKUs.
- Managing numeric / weighted distribution.
- Steering the portfolio mix to achieve the profitable growth strategy.
- Analyzing sales channels’ performance then initiating and developing projects to enhance coverage and distribution.
- Setting the monthly trade activity for each channel that helps in achieving sales objectives in terms of profitability, net sales and market share.
- Develop and inspire the distributor’s sales force.
Job Requirements
- 3 to 6 years of Sales experience in FMCG industry and GCC markets is needed, and exposure to Oman market is a plus.
- Undergraduate degree in Business related scope is important, while having a master’s degree is a plus.
- If you’re analytical and numbers driven, then that’s a strength we’re looking for.
- Leadership capabilities are essential, as you will be responsible for developing and motivating the distributor’s sales force.
- Mobility is key, as the role will require frequent travel.
