Job Description
- Support in establishing the company’s policies and procedures
- Manage day-to-day operational/HR tasks
- Receive the hiring Papers from the Employees and Preservation personnel files of the Employees and ensure that they contain all required Hiring documents.
- Preparing the reports related to the salaries Payroll variables (Absence, Overtime, Bonus ....)
- Follow the Situation of Medical and Social Insurance .
- Review and update HR policy and make sure all employees are following it
- Review and update company organizational structure based on company needs and strategy
Job Requirements
- 2 years of Experience
- Bachelor degree is a must
- Good command of English
- Good command of MS office tools
- Leading personality with communication skills
- Organized and focused
