Job Description

  • Support in establishing the company’s policies and procedures
  • Manage day-to-day operational/HR tasks
  • Receive the hiring Papers from the Employees and Preservation personnel files of the Employees and ensure that they contain all required Hiring documents.
  • Preparing the reports related to the salaries Payroll variables (Absence, Overtime, Bonus ....)
  • Follow the Situation of Medical and Social Insurance .
  • Review and update HR policy and make sure all employees are following it
  • Review and update company organizational structure based on company needs and strategy

Job Requirements

  • 2 years of Experience
  • Bachelor degree is a must
  • Good command of English
  • Good command of MS office tools
  • Leading personality with communication skills
  • Organized and focused
