Job Description
- Performs technical tasks including environment preparation, solution installation and configuration.
- Documents environment and solution configuration.
- Participates in solution design.
- Participates in project estimation and planning.
- Performs middle-ware & DevOps products installation and configuration.
- Conducts customer training on system administration.
- Investigate, analyze and troubleshoot Tier 3 environment issues
Job Requirements
- Experience working on Application Servers such as IBM WebSphere, Tomcat Application Server, Microsoft IIS.
- Experience working on LDAP such as Active Directory
- Experience working on DevOps tool like Gitlab, Jenkins, Docker & Kubernetes
- Experience working on all flavors of Operating Systems (Linux, Windows etc.)
- Understanding of network standards, such as DHCP, DNS, SSL, TCP, UDP, IP, QoS and ICMP.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
