Job Description

Main Job Duties:

  • Manage the daily/weekly/monthly proposals.
  • Create daily/weekly/monthly proposals Report
  • Follow proposals status with clients & sales
  • Follow attendance of sales.
  • Follow projects process.
  • Following samples if it needs.
  • Reviewing tenders needs.
  • Filling the performance form of all employees
  • Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary.
  • Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos, forms, emails
  • Follow database of customers contact and external partners.
  • Develop a filing system of proposals.
  • Acting as admin on meetings and greeting clients

Job Requirements

  • Well-organized and detail oriented.
  • Proven work experience as an admin
  • High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Integrity and professionalism
  • Proficiency in MS Office( word , excel, PowerPoint, outlook )·
  • Experience: Minimum 6 years ( Must be in office furniture )
  • English fluency is a must
  • Photoshop preferred
  • AutoCAD must
  • Sketch up must
  • Engineer is must
  • Owns a car
