Main Job Duties:
- Manage the daily/weekly/monthly proposals.
- Create daily/weekly/monthly proposals Report
- Follow proposals status with clients & sales
- Follow attendance of sales.
- Follow projects process.
- Following samples if it needs.
- Reviewing tenders needs.
- Filling the performance form of all employees
- Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary.
- Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos, forms, emails
- Follow database of customers contact and external partners.
- Develop a filing system of proposals.
- Acting as admin on meetings and greeting clients
Job Requirements
- Well-organized and detail oriented.
- Proven work experience as an admin
- High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, analytical and problem solving skills
- Integrity and professionalism
- Proficiency in MS Office( word , excel, PowerPoint, outlook )·
- Experience: Minimum 6 years ( Must be in office furniture )
- English fluency is a must
- Photoshop preferred
- AutoCAD must
- Sketch up must
- Engineer is must
- Owns a car
