Job Description
- A leading NGO in Maadi, Cairo, has been created in the seventies as a non-profit organization with focus on Healthcare, Education, and Social solidarity.
- The organization has more than 900 employees covering its 10 projects in Maadi and New Cairo is looking for hiring a General Manager to manage its project.
- The candidate will manage a team in charge of all project functions and should have a solid leadership and business acumen.
Job Requirements
- The potential candidate should have at least 5 years experience as a general manager and have knowledge about charity environment.
- He/She should be a change agent to lead the organization towards automation and new technology.
- He/She should be able to lead people and improve existing business processes to cope with the future
