Job Description

  • Assist in formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with clients
  • Monitor the ongoing company presence on social media
  • Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase brand awareness
  • To contribute to the development of campaign strategy incorporating tactical ideas
  • Overlook strategic key phrase placement within compelling and persuasive marketing copy that maximizes opportunities for indexing, ranking, click through and conversion
  • To produce unique offers and promotions for maximum engagement.
  • To unify the digital marketing campaigns on all channels; website, Google, social media, newsletter, email etc.
  • To develop a strong understanding of PicWPost, services, industry, marketing goals and objectives
  • Research industry-related topics and professionals to stay up-to-date.
  • Coordinate with marketing, content creator and design teams
  • To identify and evaluate channels that may be used for promotional purposes
  • To actively and frequently propose new and improved outreach ideas
  • To identify relevant bloggers for outreach
  • To monitor and track content in order to measure and report on success
  • Coordinate with the marketing team in analyzing, reporting, drafting campaigns and setting budget
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

Job Requirements

  • Good knowledge and understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, WordPress tools
  • Proven success in writing professional web and marketing copy, press releases, news articles, comment pieces and press statements
  • Can overlook and manage team with conflict resolution and delegation of tasks
  • Creative thinker with excellent content generation skills
  • Analytical, with the ability to interpret information, news, data and research quickly –and identify the most important/relevant information
  • Excellent working knowledge of major social media channels
  • Proactive and highly organized
  • Self-motivated, driven, with a can-do, problem solving attitude
  • Reliable, flexible and cooperative
