Job Description
- Distribute the trucking orders to vendors on balanced way
- Support Trucking supervisor in getting competitive rates obtained
- Monitor the trucking operations progress & communicate, coordinate with all parties
- Send the shipments update, detentions, to the customers & ensure gate in, customs procedures completed
- Prepare trucking master data records for tracking & data analysis
- Provide presentable communications with customers & vendors
- Receive, check, dispute & acknowledge vendors invoices
- Check customers’ queries and respond to calls and emails regarding any issue
