Job Description
- Devise and implement policies and strategies for the development of company performance matters.
- Manage development and implementation of monitoring systems for company performance indicators and standards.
- Manage all company performance issues.
- Coordinate and facilitate the communication to all staff of performance issues including the preparation of reports for managers and giving presentations.
- Plan and implement a comprehensive performance management function across the company.
- Provide strategic advice and guidance on the performance management framework.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of company-wide core career path model
- Support creation and maintenance of company competency catalogue.
- Utilize strategic workforce planning to forecast and plan for talent mobility and create pipelines of talent.
- Assist in the development of policies, guidelines, and tools to support managers throughout the performance management process.
- Maintain and communicate the annual calendar for the enterprise performance management process.
- Work with the organization to ensure performance management processes are being adhered to.
- Provide content and work with Marketing to communicate career development and performance management programs, procedures, and timelines.
- Continuously evolve and optimize our performance management program design and execution.
- Contribute to building our culture of continuous learning and development.
- Support execution of performance review cycles, including program design, tool development, help-resource creation, communications, workshop coordination, analytics, reporting, and data integrity.

Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline.
- 0-1 year of work experience in a related field (Performance Management, Talent Management, HR)
- Knowledge of talent management, career development and/or performance management programs.
- Knowledge of Human Resources processes and procedures.
- Knowledge of Human Resources policies and guidelines.
- Knowledge of analytics tools is a plus
