Your work-life opportunity: We are looking for a passionate, strategic and action-oriented marketing professional to lead our Growth & Marketing team in Cairo. as the Head of Marketing and Growth, your goal will be to make Eksab's growth ambitions come true. Be a part of a team where you will:

  • Define Eksab's Marketing & Growth strategy and action plan.
  • Have end-to-end responsibility on all Growth areas: user acquisition, retention, frequency, content, co-marketing, brand partnerships and brand reputation.
  • Work with the top football teams around the world including Real Madrid and Liverpool.
  • Lead and build up a team of highly skilled professionals to deliver our ambitious goals
  • Manage and optimise the marketing budget, showing a strong understanding of the local media landscape and defining the right channel mix
  • Define our CRM strategy to maximise retention and frequency of our user base
  • Work very closely with the country GM and rest of Heads to deliver all company goals and P&L targets

Job Requirements

Ideal Candidates Have:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of marketing experience, with preference given to candidates who have experience managing growth for top tech companies.
  • Highly analytical and comfortable dealing with high growth and complex business challenges. Experience with analytics tools such as amplitude, mixpanel, or segment.
  • Outstanding people management and talent development skills.
  • Proven track record of building a marketing team.
  • Integrated marketing campaigns across digital and non-digital channels. Experienced in budgeting and executing.
  • World-class consumer understanding skills.
  • International Marketing experience is a plus.
  • Proficient in English & Arabic.
