Senior Operational Risk Analyst

Assisting the Operational Risk Management (ORM) department on reviews performed by ORM, Rating Reviews, Risk Set Challenges and The analysis of the results from the various operational risk related assessment processes that are currently in our company. This involves central coordination of the quantitative metrics each quarter and the communication and tracking of results and lessons learned from the quarterly processes.

• Perform operational risk identification and assessment in business units.
• Follow and implement the plan to prevent, eliminate and mitigate operational risks.
• Track and monitor operational risk issues and mitigation actions for business units.
• Prepare operational risk issues and decisions reports on regular basis.
• Assist in identifying and evaluating risk areas across the operational activities.
• Investigate root causes of operational risks and provide support to mitigate risks.
• Develop strong relationship with key stakeholders and business partners by addressing issues/concerns in timely manner.
• Assist to keep the operational risk policies and procedures updated with the latest techniques and industry best practices.
• Conduct operational risk awareness training sessions to ensure embedding operational risk culture throughout the bank.
• Ensure that Operational risk management is inherent in all banking products, activities, processes and systems.
