Job Description
- Supervise and review all documents issued by the technical office.
- Coordinate the work of the technical office team and delegate tasks to them.
- Solve any technical problems that rises.
- Administrate variation orders when the subcontractor requests variations out of the contract’s scope, and discuss it with the construction manager and the top management for decision making.
- Gather information (quantities and prices) from the technical office team needed to prepare the project budget.
- Prepare the project budget and revise it with the top management.
- Maintaining organized and detailed project records.
- Assist the planning department to maintain the planned work progress rate.
- Assist the customer service department in relevant client complains.
- Attend meetings with top management and construction manager.
- Prepare employees evaluation and appraisal for the technical office team.
- Interview new engineers and recommend the best nominees to the top management.
- Take part in the project management and risk management review.
- Issue & respond to RFIs (Request for Information).
