Job Description
- Responsible for full recruitment cycle
- Headhunting
- Creates JD & JS for a wide range of positions (FMCG, IT, Accounting, Real Estate, Insurance, NGOs, Hotels & Tourism, Cement & Concrete, etc.)
- Reviews and filters applications against job requirements to establish a meaningful pool of candidates for interviewing and selection
- Conducts HR interviews with selected candidates and provides recommendations
- Coordinates the interviewing process with the client and ensures that applicant feedback is received in line with the recruitment policy
- Prepares & updates classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids and manuals
- Maintains class attendance and performance records of attendees in training
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- At least 3+ years of experience in HR functions
- Excellent command in English language (verbal & written)
- HR Diploma is a must
