Job Description
- Monitor & review all purchase orders for requisitions
- Compares costs and evaluates the quality of supplies, materials and equipment.
- Works on various aspects of support including, but not limited to, maintenance, leasing, insurance and purchasing of supplies.
- Receive, examine and process requisitions; prepare bid specifications and other necessary documents related to the purchase of supplies, materials and equipment; prepare State requisition or locates source of supply, and place orders with appropriate bidder(s)...etc
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Dual keyboard skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
