Job Description
- Manage pipeline and proposal conversion. Work with other team leaders to ensure timely delivery
- Provides advice and consultation to clients and handles client queries
- Develop proposals and designs and plans research projects following client briefing and needs
- Develops strategic understanding of industry trends, competition and opportunities of Nielsen
- Strong Leadership Competencies (360 degree assessment), proven successful business record, and demonstrated ability to effectively develop clients
- Presents results of study to the clients and ability to engage with senior stakeholders
- Travelling required across key accounts handled.
- Ensures the smooth collection of debt from clients
- Provide top management with thorough review of internal and client financials including budget and forecast
Job Requirements
- University degree in Marketing, Economics or a related field a must, preferred Postgraduate or MBA
- 7+ years working experience in Market Research
- Excellent Presentation skills
- Competent Negotiator with good influencing skills
- Knowledge and exposure to more that one markets (worked preferably in the international arena/ client side/ agency side)
- Strong analytical mind with good numerical skills
- Good organisational skills, and strong people management skills
- Very good interpersonal skills
- Strong business acumen and financial knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Fluency in Arabic is an added advantage
- Proficient in MS Office
- Expertise in servicing customers and in-depth knowledge on CR methods, analysis and techniques
