Job Description
- Research and compile information on the entity’s organizational system and structure
- Review, Participate and discuss the politics and procedures followed in the organization with the departments heads to ensure the execution as agreed
- Survey employees and management on subjects such as work environment, skills, relationships with others in organization and job satisfaction
- Identify types, sources and causes of dysfunction, conflicts and gaps in skills of personnel
- Develop and update job descriptions through job analysis to help articulate the most important job duties needed from an employee
- Manage employee satisfaction surveying process, analyzing results and building up engagement plans
- Participate in design systems and define criteria for evaluating performance of employees, management, departments and systems
- Managing probationary performance evaluations and providing coaching and support for involuntary terminations
- Create organizational charts and revise descriptions of job positions and duties Job Requirements
- Apply the employee handbook and follow it up considering the labor law and the company identity as well
- set retention and succession plans
- Conducting exit interviews and preparing a monthly report to understand the causes, consequences, and amount of turnover in the company and identifying possible solutions to reduce the turnover
Job Requirements
- Bachelor in any related field
- 3-5 years of experience in OD preferably in manufacturing industry
- Excellent command the English language
- Strong Communication & Presentation Skills and highly organized
- Excellent computer skills
- Experience in HR analytics.
- HR certificate/diploma is a plus
