General Description:
- Mange the manufacturing processes, and deliver complete product within the given timeline
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing the projects in best practice and fulfill the organization's objectives financially and non financially.
- Maintaining and improving the company's reputation by executing projects as per design requirements and technical drawings
- Recruiting, maintaining and developing the workforce for his sections
- Implementing the best practice in safety in all factory departments
- Production planning, Scheduling & Quality assurance
- Managing teams of Metalworkers, Woodworkers & Electrostatic paint workers and maintaining the balance of workers in all departments
- Smooth operation, working closely with management to achieve goals of the company
Job Requirements
- 5-7 Years of experience in furniture field is a must
- Excellent user of (2D, AutoCAD) is a must
- Very good knowledge of (3D MAX, Rhino) is a plus
- Proficiency in MS office programs
- Demonstrate ability to manage the team and to have leader's character
- Strong time management skills
- Strong communication skills
