Job Description
- Review Attendance for the company staff.
- Manage all employees’ leaves (all types of leaves) & handle all relative documentation
- Calculate sick leaves and reflect on salaries data
- Manage internal loans for the whole company including approvals & proper documentation
- Manage all resigned employees payments & termination cases According to labor law and company policy
- Record all employees’ penalties with all relative details on system.
Job Requirements
- Graduate from a reputable university.
- From 3 to 6 years of experience in payroll and compensation management.
- Experience in pastry , restaurants management and or retail sectors is a must.
- Giza or 6th of October residents are highly preferable.
- Excellent in using MS office and able to deal with ERP system.
- Hard-worker and well organized.
