Job Description
- Develop, innovate and deliver a product mix Which is quality driven whilst maintaining aggressive Financial returns aligned with business plan.
- Ensuring that all working methods are reviewed and Best practice is achieved in turn Can grow business Whilst delivering excellent Guest service.
- Responsible for managing the daily Operations of the company branches , restaurants and cafes and the home delivery service.
- Set a strategic sales development plan incorporating activities identified in the marketing plan, taking into account Egyptian market changes and conditions.
- Ensure the achievement of annual sales budget.
- Monitor all trading results for each branch.
- To ensure that all aspects of the operation achieve high standards of service and maintain clients satisfaction.
- Train, manage and develop operations management and supervise subordinate members of staff in a manner which ensures their performance meets the required standards.
- Give full commitment in developing and keeping up to date the departmental Standard Operating Procedures Manual.
Job Requirements
- Not less than 12 years of experience in Cafes and restaurants management.
- Has a proven hands on exposure with brands not less with 15 + branches in Egypt.
- Excellent Leadership skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
