A Psychometric Research-Based Company is searching for a Product Analyst with a solid background in statistics.
The job description includes:
Extract data sheets of different solutions, clean and arrange them for making them ready for study and analyses.
Analyze data according to psychometric statistical approaches in order to identify assessment validity/reliability scores.
Research and comprehend psychometric literature to be updated with recent approaches and best practices.
Assist in drafting assessment technical notes and/or white papers to be published in relevant journals.
Organize and arrange data from organizational HR surveys and assist in analyzing them in order to present corporate reports that are insightful.
Participate in the development of new assessment tools by writing items, uploading them on the software or items or report Arabization.
Contribute to team brain-storming on product strategy.

2- 3 years of relevant experience
A solid background in statistics.
Practical experience in statistical analysis through the use of statistical packages including Excel, SPSS, and R.
