Job Description
- Plan, execute, and analyze user acquisition campaigns across marketing channels reflecting positively on total number of active users.
- Analyze and optimize campaigns based on ROI, ROAS and LTV.
- Track and report on key metrics of campaigns on a daily basis.
- Collaborate with the Business Intelligence, marketing and product teams to coordinate special campaigns around new product releases and updates.
- Set and Manage a budget effectively ensuring maximized ROI and ROAS.
- Communicate clearly to management plans, status, challenges for each campaign.
Job Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience managing UA campaigns, preferably in FenTech, Tech, banking, or mobile sector.
- Previous experience in Growth Hacking is a big plus.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent knowledge in user acquisition trends and techniques.
- Previous experience in performance marketing.
- Data analysis experience using Excel or similar tools.
- Ability to work effectively and accurately under pressure.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and highly motivated.
