Job Description

  • Prepare monthly payroll according to company procedures while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.
  • Maintain records of personnel-related data (personal information, leaves, turnover rates etc.) in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met.
  • Assist Managers in resourcing their organizational needs by defining effective Job Descriptions and recruitment process so the Company hires capable people in the right place at the right time
  • Support internal & external auditors with speedy, accurate reports upon request, to facilitate finding needed evidence required for the auditing process.
  • Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies
  • Manage and ensure that the company is in compliance with local labor regulations and other international regulations.
  • Administers performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and fairness (transparency) within the organization
  • Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies
  • Follow up on licenses, subscription and any registration follow up.
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms.
  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace

Job Requirements

  • Work experience as a HR Generalist, HR Administrative Assistant or similar role
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
  • Knowledge of employment labor law, Payroll, and income taxes deductions calculations - All payroll ratios is MUST
  • Excellent in MS Office (Excel, Word) is MUST.
  • Additional HR training will be a plus.
  • Knowledge of international compliance related to garments industry is a plus
  • Aptitude in problem-solving.
  • Trustworthy and able to handle data with confidentiality.
  • Females Preferred.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Familiarity with social media recruiting
  • V. good English language.
  • BSc/BA in commerce, Human Resources Management, Business administration, or a relevant Field.
