Job Description
- Manage Operations of multiple supermarket store at Delta region.
- Lead a team of store manages, coach and train them.
- Supervise team to deliver excellent store standards.
- Plan for all seasonal, trade driving and promotional activities to achieve maximum sales, impact and presentation at the managed stores.
- Optimize P&L for the managed stores.
Job Requirements
- Post-Qualified experience of at least 10 years in retail.
- Excellent communication skills; verbal, written to include report writing and group presentations.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills.
- Commercially sound with a good understanding of profit and loss accounting and the influence of operating factors e.g. volume v price.
- Excellent organization skills, able to prioritize.
- Visible Leadership skills can motivate others to achieve.
- Solution orientated, decisive by nature.
