Job Description
- Handling all web analysis and surveys for existing and potential source of business based on the Sales guidelines plan.
- Checking and analyse all tour operator brochures.
- In charge of the regular mailing to our repeat customers.
- Communicating with all tour operator and travel agents to help in generating more business to the property.
- Assisting the director of sales & marketing in all new marketing ideas leads to the success of the property.
- Sales promotion: Both Rooms & F&B ; promoting FIT; convention and tour groups business; Sales meeting; banquets; cocktail receptions; etc.
- Go on sales trip to promote and attract business for the hotels.
- Maintain within the community and in neighboring marketing areas, contacts with airlines, travel agents, commercial houses, private clubs, professional associations, etc.. to procure new business and repeat business for hotels.
Job Requirements
- Well groomed, well-spoken and friendly
- Good command of the English language
- Well organized and energetic.
- Preferred hotel sales experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication and negotiation skills.
- Able and willing to work under pressure and stress.
