Job Description
- Supporting end users during troubleshooting activities as well as interacting directly with operating systems, hardware, and our own software
- Installing and Configuring RMS Application
- Installing, Configuring and Supporting POS systems.
- Troubleshoot system problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
- Install and configure computer hardware, systems, and printers.Configuring Servers, searching for technical issues, and handling product change requests.
- Provide technical system and user support by responding to calls and email requests for technical support in a timely manner.
- Troubleshoot system problems, diagnosing and solving software faults.
