Job Description
- Achieve the target sales for his/her area
- Increase customer satisfaction from our products and services provided
- Increase company clients and increase their knowledge with our product.
- Participate in the initial yearly selling plan with the Area Sales Manager.
- Based on the observations of the immediate manager and the achievement of training target:
- Actual Coverage VS. Target.
- Accurate data collection and reporting.
- Ensure the Quality of calls matching with So value Modules.
- Maintain the frequency of calls per month.
- Impact on the Organization
- This role plays an important role in helping the organization to grow Cx business and win HCP’s recommendation of relevant brand
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree, preferably medical background (pharmaceutical, vet, science, chemistry, etc..)
- Preferred at least one year of experience
- Own a car is preferred.
- Excellent in communication and negotiation skills.
