Job Description

Job Requirements:

  • Welcome/assist and direct visitors/Guests properly.
  • Maintain and Monitor visitors as security awareness.
  • Maintain a clean office and reception area and ensure working environment hygiene.
  • Assist in maintaining, keep track and control stock and inventory of office supplies including stationary, kitchen and cleaning supplies.
  • Oversee the maintenance of the office premises and contact the specialists for equipment repair and maintenance.
  • quick response to calls directing them to the right recipient. Send and receive messages through different communication devices including fax and telephone system.
  • Handle/ sort / distribute and file incoming correspondence/deliveries to the office (e-mails, post, faxes) and carry out the necessary responses as required in a timely manner.
  • type, scan, copy documents.
  • monitor staff logs to office keeping track of professionals’ whereabouts and schedule.
  • schedule appointments and Manage conference room bookings.
  • Assist with all necessary travel arrangements for professional staff.
  • Ensure proper time management.
