Job Description
- Develop marketplace health framework and diagnostic tools to spot pain points and improve the quality of service
- Develop analytical know-how for the new product and work with the product team to build new tables and methods to track performance
- Diagnose marketplace issues and work cross-functionally with the other verticals and the product team to pinpoint issues by cause and to implement action plans to solve existing issues
- Build and standardise a marketplace cadence for review of efficiency and performance that is scalable to other markets
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Strategy and Operations experience in Uber or a remarkable Operational mindset
- Ability to work with limited information and a strong appetite to overcome this challenge
- Ability to deal with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Top of the line Excel and data management skills; SQL proficiency is strongly preferred
- Go getter attitude
- Strong communication skills
