Job Description
- Building a database of candidates through different recruitment sources and channels, like contacting community services, employment agencies, social media, etc.
- Understanding organization job-related details, current, and future opportunities, and benefits in order to provide them to potential candidates.
- Designing job announcements.
- CV screening and filtering.
- Conducting phone screening with the shortlisted CVs.
- Arranging interviews by coordinating schedules, then evaluating applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant's qualifications with managers.
- Creating Recruitment Trackers to track all the processes with all candidates' details throughout the year.
- Representing the company in Job Fairs and Recruitment events.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- HR Certificate is a must
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Fluent English
- Presentable
- Resourceful
- Self-motivated
