Job Description
- Prepares assets and capital account entries.
- Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
- Analyzing accounts and business plans.
- Financial forecasting and risk analysis.
- Preparing accounts and tax returns.
- Follow up subcontractor’s payments and open files.
- Monitor and control fixed assets of the Site.
- Follow up monthly payments.
- Auditing financial information.
- Compiling and presenting reports, budgets, business plans, commentaries and financial statements.
- Receiving invoices and checking before payment.
- Archiving and handling Documents, Invoices, Vendors’ contracts & payment vouchers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance major.
- At Least 2 years of experience in Contracting/Interior Finishing industry.
- Overall experience from 3 to 5 years.
- Strong attention to details and confidentiality.
- Excellent knowledge experience in Egypt Tax rules & regulations.
- Good team player, positive attitude with good multitasking and organizational ability.
