Job Description

The 3P Program Manager will be part of the Regional Marketplace team which is recruiting local/regional businesses to sell on Amazon’s global marketplaces, and supporting local sellers’ success and growth on the Amazon website.

The role of the Program Manager is to lead the Voice of Seller programs on various domains (e.g., Seller Experience, Performance Management, Seller Success), partner with local and global teams, analyze enforcement use cases and drive for solutions, help selling sellers adopt right product/receive right guidance, and grow their business on Amazon.

The role will closely collaborate with many Amazon’s global and local teams, coordinating large number of global and local programs and initiatives. The Program Manager is the primary regional POC for the various global stakeholders.

The candidate will need to possess excellent program development and management skills, dynamically prioritize and manage resources. She/he will be extremely customer obsessed, strong at perform deep dives to derive analytical insights on seller behaviors, thus improve seller engagement resulting seller success in Amazon website. The ideal candidate should be able to work in a cross functional, fast-paced environment; has strong analytical skills, program management skills, people management skills, communication skills, innovated. Job Requirements

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong Excel skills
  • 5+ years of program management experience, leading projects involving multiple stakeholders
  • Strong enthusiasm to provide superb customer service to the leadership team and other key stakeholders
  • Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner to executives.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficiency in extracting data from SQL, writing queries
  • Experience working in risk, fraud or compliance organizations.
