Job Description
- Formulate business development strategies to ensure long-term success
- Set standards and objectives for different Branches and departments
- Achieving sales targets set by department’s management.
- Oversee operations to ensure efficiency
- Lead a team of Branch managers towards effective goals achievement
- Undertake financial management to ensure Branches are profitable and stay within budget
- Ensure compliance with company’s policies and operational guidelines

Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree of pharmaceutical or medicine is a plus.
- Maximum age 38 years old
- Proven experience as an area manager, store manager at least 5 years.
- Preferred Medical background..
- Understanding of Branch operations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
