Job Description
Key responsibilities for the role include:
- Create and implement marketing campaigns across digital channels with appropriate content and bidding strategies for driving adoption and engagement of Souq/ Amazon
- Establish regular reporting cadence to measure the effectiveness and provide actionable insights from the marketing campaigns to deliver target customers, revenue and efficiency targets
- Demonstrate ability to work at a planning level by generating bold and innovative ideas for growth, planning projects, communicating with the Marketing Manager/ Head of Traffic/ Other Stakeholders
- Document and Assist product improvements and feature requests to tech/ creatives to improve customer experience and effectiveness of marketing campaigns
- Collaborate closely with technical, business, and design teams within Souq/ Amazon to manage simultaneous time sensitive projects.
- Coordinate with other international Souq/ Amazon marketing professionals to influence roadmaps, share and implement best practices and establish a unified vision in the performance marketing space.
Job Requirements
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce/ digital managing marketing or analytical domain
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment, and manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills; data driven decision making, high proficiency in Microsoft Excel/ analytic tools
- Tenacity and sense of urgency; ability to make things happen with great attention to detail
- Superior verbal and written communications skills with extreme attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Familiarity with SQL, HTML, and general office software
